MEET THE PARTNERS

Alexandra Tyson M.A. and Felicia Jones Taylor E.d.D. founded Siyana Partners Consulting in March of 2023. Friends since 2005, the two women partnered to build a consulting business based on their shared love for education, service, and entrepreneurship. The two founders have 16+ years of education leadership experience in 0-36 month child care centers, Head Start programs, prek-12 schools, international schools, universities, museums, and special projects for district and statewide education agencies.  Alex and Felicia enjoy traveling together.
